Our place is a resort city. Most of the owners of properties are really not from Tagaytay. Mostly they buy their property in our city as a second home to be used as weekend retreats and vacation houses. That is where we come in. To protect your valuable investments.

Since we are from Tagaytay, we know the ins and outs, the do’s and don’ts in our city. Recent developments caused migration of construction workers and more often they tend to stay in Tagaytay as squatters or migrant settlers. The worst scenario is going back to your investment with somebody else occupying it, sending to a costly litigation.

Our services includes payment of your taxes. Discounts are applied when you pay your tax on the first month of every year. On the other hand, your property is placed in auction by the city treasurer should you fail to pay to tax.

Incident to property administration, we have an outstanding record of TRUST with our clients to the extent that they leave their house keys with instruction what area/s of the house needs carpentry, plumbing works, mason works etc, so that it will be on top condition when they get back. On this aspect, we are backed by professional workers, architects, engineers, househelpers whom you can treat with full trust.
